10. Dance- There are many types of dance: ballet, modern, jazz, jazzercise, and swing to name a few. These exercises are fun and have so many positive health aspects. Dancing tones and stretches muscles, improves cardiovascular health, stamina, energy, flexibility and posture. Dancing can be done at home, at a club, or in a class. Most community centers offer dance classes as do dance studios.
